I assume this is their pathetic attempt at trying to show correlation between violence and video games. Here is the kicker, they have no idea what they are talking about. They ain't gamers, so they have no basis for their statements.

Finally, someone that understands that actual violence and video game violence are not one in the same. It is such a relief to have someone post an article like this just so I feel like I'm not taking crazy pills, and there are people with some sense about actual violence and video game violence.

My conjecture for why these outbursts of gun violence are occurring would be: 1) parents are too coddling to their kids, 2) mental retardation, 3) not having outlets to vent frustration.

This isn't video games' fault. This is the world media's fault. They should not broadcast this out side of the city it took place in. They glorify the shooting, they make people want their 15 minutes of fame, they stoke the fire to make it more than it is. But do they blame them no, because people think the media can do no wrong. Guess what? They do.

Violent (whatever that means) video games are not the problem. If anything they do more good than bad. They let people vent their frustration without actually killing other people. A "balanced" (by that I mean not mentally retarded) person knows that it isn't real.

These senators are the problem. They speak before they know the facts. How people elected them is a mystery.

I should be able to have assault rifles because my government has them. The same goes for a "high" capacity mag. And for the retarded media to even suggest that one of the reasons he killed so many people was because of the high round mag is moot because it take 2 -5 seconds to change a mag out.
