@illage2: Have you tried the game? I have it and I'm playing at 1080p with mostly constant 60fps dipping to as low as 50fps, so what exactly is your definition of "no where near ready to be played"?
@diablo: So now you're just assuming everyone has those issues and assume that everyone is using a setup thats not below the minimum requirement and are also assuming that everyone is reasonable about what to expect from their setup from a game this demanding? I'm not denying that there are people that have performance issues (AMD users especially) but to go on a fanboy crusade makes you look petty, again, this is about PC gamers and what they expect from their hardware, they pay extra for hardware so that they can get extra performance, where exactly is the upside of getting a console? most of the PC issues can be resolved by lowering the details and locking the fps to 30 which will be exactly like the PS4 version but that would be a waste of people's money, again, nobody gives a shit about the PS4 or X1 version, running off to buy a PS4 over 1 un-optimized game is stupid anyway.
What a waste of my time, I clicked reading only the first 3 words thinking they announced the new characters but instead I get stupid Vorhees and stupid Mobile, god damn it Boon!
@meedokicky: The game is every bit as playable as the PS4 version, the issue is the game fails to take advantage of the given hardware, for example the game should easily do 60fps on a GTX780 but instead does 50fps on average, that is still better than the PS4's 30fps, this is really more about optimization, I have the game myself and the game works fine, I almost have 60fps all the time, but even it it sinks as low as 40fps its still better than the PS4's 30fps version, either way you won't have anything to gain from the PS4 version unless you have a very weak PC.
@diablo: "Doesn't work right on PC" lol typical peasant talk, the PC version may not be as optimized as it should be but 60-50fps is still better than 30fps (consoles), and if we wanted the PS4 experience we have the option of locking it at 30fps as well, either way stop pretending like the console version holds any advantage over the PC version, it never has and never will, this is about the PC gamers getting what we want, a game that takes advantage of our hardware, and that is ultimately what WB failed to accomplish, nobody gives a shit about the PS4 or X1 version.
