Well I was dragged through the rapture into hell, and then told that it was all a hoax. Laaaame On the bright side I got an application for a job poking people with pitchforks in hell.

I don't know, it's one of the great mysteries of life...you know one of those mysteries that I don't care to solve because I'm too busy enjoying the effects? I just gotta make sure my friends don't notice me staring at the girls. I swear some of my female friends freak out when they realize that 90% of straight males like girl on girl action...how is it not obvious D:

Using Chrome, for some reason it doesn't lag me up when I'm doing multiple things as much.

But that's why video games are so much fun! They may try and copy reality more to an extent but at the same time they're copying a reality different from our own (sometimes). For example, Assassin's Creed actually is in the genre of "just realistic enough that you'd wonder whether or not it's real". I loved the game. I got to kill people in a realistic (sorta) manner (except my creativity may have been a little unrealistic) and I got to play as an Assassin, and let's face it I'm not going to go make a blade and bracer and start killing off corrupt politicians to have fun in real life. Though I think I may get a few million people cheering me on in some cases...until I get a bullet hole through my head. It's fun because it depicts a reality just close enough that you can become part of it but just far enough that it's not your normal reality.

Don't buy an HP or a Compaq that's my advice to you! The battery life is horrible until you get a 12 cell battery, and even then it'll run down very fast.

It sounds like you could run it, but I'm not sure. Remember that dual cores are actually not as good for gaming systems (for some odd reason) as single core processors. I'd say wait until you can upgrade to a more powerful processor (which basically means buy a new computer) just to be on the safe side. Wouldn't want to waste the time trying to run it only to find it lags on you.

It was on sale for like 15 USD. I'm such a cheapskate...only game I bought the week it came out was Terraria... That aside, I thought I'd ask all of you how do you rank Dragon Age 1 compared to more recent games? I ask because a lot of people seem to rank games that are (not antique but) pretty old, like oblivion, devil may cry, and Team Fortress 2, much higher than a lot of the more recent games, like the Witcher 2. Since I bought it I thought I'd get your opinions, how does DA1 compare on your scale?

Hmmm, never actually thought about it too much. Well I guess Silent Hill 2 for certain. It was scary but you can tell when you compare it to the other Silent Hill games they were just showing off some gore, the plotline just wasn't up to scratch for the series.
