I don't think its a glitch. The crime is monitored in different sections of the map (holds). If you commit a crime and the guards find out, every guard in that "section" knows you did it. Doesnt matter if you've been to a town before or not. MAP HERE.

The only way of getting the xbox 360 version is downloading through xbox live. But there is minecraft for android, iOS and PC.

Go to your statistics in the game. How many "Daedric Quests completed" do you have?
