We are aware that our Caribbean Consumers are currently unable to access the PlayStation®Network and we are actively working around the clock in order to provide a resolution. We will contact you once we have additional information. I am truly sorry for not being able to provide an estimated time towards a resolution.
Thank you for your continued support and patience while we further research this issue.
It seems they are working on it, so we'll just have to wait. They did not abandon us fellow Caribbean gamers!
