Kill Screen just published its review and boy, is it grim. Personally, I lost my appetite for the game altogether after reading that review. Seems like it is an abomination. Gonna read some more reviews before making my final decision but thank God I didn't pre-order it.

Post the other reviews you read here, please.

Don't trust professional reviews, there could always be a back agenda to them.

Wait for player reviews.

BTW, that review is way off imo by just playing the demo which is an old build.

Agreed. The demo wasn't a representative sample of the whole package by any means but the fact that it kept me playing and interested until the end speaks for itself. It may not be the next Elder Scrolls Oblivion, but that doesn't mean it's garbage. Btw, in response to that review, how much variation does the reviewer expect to see in one genre? Really. It's like saying I'm sick of being in space for scifi. These things define a genre, and a game in that genre should be measured within that lens, and not by some angry reviewer that decided to take out his bitterness on a game review.

One thing I have realized over time is that COD games require no skill whatsoever. it's so easy, I come out on top EVERY time...

same here. It gets boring VERY fast. I mean, it's a fun game to play with friends in private matches, but ranked is just boring and a noobfest.

yeah, definently.

I know. It takes like two shots to kill someone. I wish it was more like how you kill in Battlefield.

Ahh battlefield 2, my first and favorate multiplayer game...

Yeah, the maps for the most part are very poorly designed...

i feel u on this.....i am liking and having fun but it still feels like cod 4....also the spawning system is horriblestereointegrity

That's exactly how I am. i still kinda play it because it's there, but it really really let me down. Like, I don't understand why no one else has mentioned this, it's like literallythe biggest issue with it...

Honestly, it wasnt bad enough that they took out dedicated servers, but where the hell is my COD? 18 players max? umm excuse me...? The fun of CoD games online is that there are relatively large maps with like 40 players in them (that's what made cod4 for me). So lets see, they slightly updated graphics and threw a few gimmicks into the ranking system, took away dedicated servers, and took away the big matches. I am SOOOOOOO glad I didnt buy it myself and just borrowed a friends copy.(turns out he didnt like it much either)

Single player was fun, but wayyyyyyy too short. Like Half Life 2episode 1,2 short. save your money for better games. Dragon Age, Borderlands, L4D2, and AC2.

True blood and entourage are like the best shows ever. Lately I started liking true blood more though. Sick show.

"Im interest in the present. If you can concentrate always on the present, youll be a happy man. Youll see that there is life in the desert, that there are stars in the heavens, and that tribesmen fight because they are part of the human race. Life will be a party for you, a grand festival, because life is the moment we're in right now."

- Quote from The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. THIS, I think, is the meaning of life. Think about it, all of life is the second that you're in right now, nothing else, and to imbrace life brings happiness, and happiness is what every human strives toward. What you think?

I STRONGLY advise you to read A Gradual Awakening, by Stephen Levine. It expands greatly on that concept. If youre ever going to listen to a strangers advice, ever, do it now and go read that book.
