[QUOTE="DemoPan7"]I've played the game in DX11 and I can honestly say that videos just do not do the game justice. You really have to play it in order to see how amazing it is. Especially times square which almost rivals Samaritan. ChubbyGuy40
I'm playing through it atm and it's very underwhelming. The performance hit almost isn't worth it. I hate the colors and art choice too.
your sig says you have a gtx260... that's not a dx11 card :|
O yea, I forgot about Crysis 2. After all the hype it turned out it was a pretty bland game graphics-wise. Even the DX11 patch doesn't change that. And GTA IV looks pretty bad too without any mods (especially the PS3 version).

really. with the high res texture pack id argue that crysis 2 looks ***ing stunning. and what do you mean by pretty bland.
Well I think Crysis 2 didn't really do justice to the original when it comes to graphics. They were hyping it as the next graphics messiah but we got a solid looking game that isn't even quite up to the original. That DX11 patch doesn't really change that (although I admit I only seen it on video; my PC doesn't support DX11).
