@samseed666 I don't think so, it is a different company under Bethesda's parent company, Zenimax Media. I'm sure the team from Bethesda will have a say in some of the game, I doubt they will let it take their focus away from their single player games.
@samseed666 But a completely different company is making it so the single player ES developers will still be able to focus on a single player ES game. There is nothing that says this will be a new numbered entry in the series.
@dysguised22 All game developers are on the moneymaking bandwagon, that is the way they support their families. It is not just a bunch of little elves running around creating games for our pleasure. And what does it becoming an MMO matter. There is an audience for the game, soooooo, you don't have to play if you don't want to.
Boo frickin hoo, get over it. If you don't want to play the game then don't. There are people that want to play this type of ES game and they are obliging by making it. I guarantee if interest is waning in the coming months, they will rethink. People seem to forget that these companies are in the business of making $$$$$$$, not limiting the number of games so you don't get burnt out. They would be doing themselves a disservice if they did not take advantage of how popular ES is now, seeing as how the first 3 games weren't necessarily blockbuster hits. It would count as lost money once the franchise has ran it's course. It's all about the money, doesn't mean a game can't be good, but what's the point if you aren't making as much as you can.
@MafiaMusic Have you played the game on Vita? Shoddy Port? Picked this game up yesterday and played it for probably 6 straight hours. It is the best version of the game yet (I also owned the 360 version) with all content plus more.
