C'mon guys this game is going to be historic, as people will look back at this game in 10yrs and remember it fondly as the first game to be completed and returned to Gamestop within the 48hr period for a refund lol.

Game is 30hrs long (24 if you take out the cutscenes lol) and there will be people who complete it in less than 20hrs :)

The only parts you need to upgrade on your PC are the CPU and GPU and $500 is more than enough to get it ahead of the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. Sorry but that is a bad comparison. RDR2 on the X looks miles above most PC games and PS4 Poo. Bad sample. Look at Far Cry 5, it looks just as good on a $400 X as it does a $1000 computer.

Now that I am coming up on 40 years old, treating myself to a new PC every few years is one of my favorite things to do. When I was in my early 20s, it was not affordable, now it is nothing.

My point is that the word affordable really just depends on who you are and where you are in life.

PC gaming is not a living room thing. Mouse and keyboard simply needs a desk and chair. I played WoW for years and I regulated myself to the basement. I became less social (well, with actual friends), and my family life suffered. When MS announced the Xbox One I decided to quit WoW and go back to the living room. I’m glad I did. Everything just got better and easier.

For those that claim they game on pc in their living room - you’re a liar. I’ve tried it and no set up makes it comfortable or possible for long sessions. It even a laptop. You simply cannot game with a mouse and keyboard from a couch or lazyboy.

eh i already have 2 tvs that are 50" + that are 1080p, im not worried about higher resolution. care more about performance. I have no use for 4k yet, games look fine to me in 1080p. plus if i wait 2-3 years into the next gen (tons of games i havent played in this gen to keep me entertained) ill save alot of money
