Yesterday I wanted to go to the pool with a friend of mine but since the weather got pretty bad and it wasn't all that hot to begin with I decided to pass. Since all of my friends(With the exception of maybe one of them) are unemployed
they just planned to hang around and do nothing special. I didn't feel like just wasting time with them just doing nothing this time So I decided that I would just stay home. At this point I had the whole day to myself to just play video games and loiter around just like the good old days(You know before you graduate from High School?). The problem was which game I was going to play for the majority of the day....The choices that I has in mind were: Tokimeki Memorial 2,Thousand Arms(*** version),Zone of the Enders(*** Version), and of course Sakura Taisen V.
Since I played Sakura Taisen V a little too much despite the fact that it's only been out for a week I decided to pick between Tokimeki Memorial 2 and Thousand arms. I picked Tokimeki Memorial 2. I figured I'd play the game because last time I played it the game froze at a certain spot in the game and I wanted to try again from the start and see if it would happen again. As I played I started relieving the feeling I had when I first played Tokimeki Memorial 1 not too long ago. About 5 hours later it got dark outside and once I reached the spot where the game froze last time I was relieved to find out it didn't freeze. Once I got past that spot I played for a few more minutes then I quit.
Afterwards I decided I would play some Halo 2 since it's been a while since I played it online because of all the games I've been getting from Ebay. At this point my friend Bryan called and asked if it was okay if him and more friends came over to play some X-box live with Halo 2. I figured what the hell but I wasn't leaving my house and taking my X-box with me just because he doesn't have a name on his X-box yet so I had him come over my house....When he did arrive it was 11:30 at night and my house was quiet.
So we played some Team training the whole time on my big screen for the first time. It was really hard for me to get used to the big screen format, plus I had a small split screen to deal with in fact the big screen really hurt my eyes at first. I wasn't at my best because of all that so we didn't win as much. However when we got into those really really close matches with my team being the victor we got loud and it was fun as hell. At 1:55 in tne morning they decided to go. At this point I unhooked everything from the big screen and put everything back in its rightful place....My room.
I can't recall what I did after they left but I think I just surfed the net a little bit and I started working a little bit on my translating of Sakura Taisen V. This caused me to lose track of time and I went to bed pretty late. But no worries I woke up in time for work like I always do. I had fun last night just hanging out at home, having a little you time is good every now and then. Usually just hanging out at home would bore anyone if they don't have nothing to do at home and the same goes for me as well. But as long as I have something to keep me entertained while I'm at home I have no problem with staying at home.
