Black people get picked on because 9 year old kids (and immature people) say things they'd never say if it were in person, if everyone would just grow up it wouldn't happen, also when people get mad they just say the "n" word (is that ok mods?) for no reason. People are idiots...
I just like the plain old dashboard better. I don't know about everyone else, but I get XBL to play games, not look at a virtual representation of my friends for hours - (you know you have no life if instead of hanging out with your friends you look at their avatars online).
It just looks like something a five year old would like, most people with 360s play games like CoD, Halo, Gears, Rainbow Six, etc. We don't play Viva Pinata, so I don't want the stupid avatar, the only thing I thought was a good idea at E3 for XBL was Netflix, that will be awsome.
I've had this problem, delete the expansion and re-load it, that should fix it, I have to do this every couple of weeks or whenever I stop playing for a while. :) Other than that try holding a when the Bethesda logo comes up, I think that might help a little.
If you're bored of reality try Oblivion. You can lose hours in that game and not notice / care about the real world. Maybe try Eternal Sonata too if you're a bit down: haven't played it myself though.
If you have never played the orange box look into that certainly. Assasin's Creed was great too.
Those 4 games are a start.
