This is going to be a long blog, just to be aware. Not long, compared to others' long blogs, but long blogs compared to my usual blogs. Now lets stop talking about blog lengths and move on to today.
TODAY was a field trip! Wow, we don't get much of those. :( But we did today, and the whole middle school got to go to a college. You might know it. We went to Texas A&M in Bryan-College Station today. Home of them dumb Aggies I hate. Unfortunately, our teachers said we couldn't wear Longhorn T-shirts. :(
Here's something you might not know. In Aggieland, everyone greets each other with a "Howdy!". Anywhere on campus, if you walk past someway, there is a 95% chance of them greeting you with a "Howdy!" :|:P Yeah, once we learned that, EVERYWHERE AND TO EVERYBODY THAT PASSED US, we said "Howdy!" :P
First we went... HEY... I'll just give you a list of all my friends in my grade so you can catch up.

So anyway, at first, we went to the George Bush Library and Museum. Why do they put in 'library'? I don't know why, because it sure isn't a library. But it was awesome.
First we got the tour and all. There were a ton of great places but we had limited time. As soon as we started getting interested in something, our tour guide was like, "Moving ON!" The museum was like a building full of President George Herbert Walker Bush's life. And a few things about Barbara Bush, and George Bush II.
You should of seen it... an awesome part was a miniature replica of the White House, and it was awesome! It was all detailed as well! It had a working small-TV and chimney in some rooms, and there was a little light in some of the rooms! :o
Another favorite was the "Situation Room" where all the main people in office meet when there is some kind of emergency happening, and they discuss it. But I mostly liked the chairs! They were comfortable! :P The room after that was awesome as well. It was a tent set up to pretend it was that one war between Iraq and Kuwait - the Gulf War. It was awesome. There was commentary in the background, and special sound effects like bombings, jets flying over, and MORE!
There was also a duplicate Oval Office, and each of us got to sit in the "President's Desk" for a few seconds. I got in there and saw a telephone and tried to take it off the hook but it wouldn't budge. :( Zack farted in the seat.
And I won't forget another part... there were like four or five rooms in the White House that you could look at. You put your eyes through this screen and run little arrows and you can look all over that room in the White House!
We ate lunch outside of the museum, then packed up and went into the real Aggie campus where we had another tour. This time, the tour guide was smaller than me. :| But that time, I really didn't enjoy it because she'd stop for too long and talk for too long. I just wanted to look around. :| And she called UT, (University of Texas) TU.:o:?
Oh, and don't forget the "Howdy!" part. We did that to everyone we walked passed.
Some of you Texans out there probably know Kyle Field. Kyle Field is where the Texas A&M Aggies football team plays. We didn't get to go in the stands, but we went on the field, where the tour guide showed us this retarded cheer. Does she really think we'd enjoy it!? And did you know Texas A&M doesn't have any cheerleaders? Its because the school started out for boys-only, so they're called "yell leaders". And hey, can anybody tell me if "yell leader" is one word or two? One word, then that'd mean there would be three l's in a row and it wouldn't look right. :| Yellleader. :|
One of the funniest parts was at the end when we were leaving Kyle Field. This dude from A&M was trying to do tricks on his skateboard. We kept on yelling, like, "Woo!" and "Aww!" and "Wow!" and junk. It obviously got on his nerves, because the last time he messed up, I heard him say, "God-damn kids!" :P:lol:
Now I'm home. :| In other news... Runna_Rox would like some more people to post on her blogs, if you don't mind. Track her as well, if you like. :) Her name is Brianna and she lives in Australia, and is a huge Flight 29 Down fan. :)
