So I've been playing Dead Rising for about a month now. and just a few minutes ago I finished it and got the true ending, for those of you that have not played it there are 7 endings overall, I believe. And I have to say I really enjoyed the game. For it's story just as much as it's gameplay. The story was very well put together plus is based on actual situations. I wont ruin it for any body that has not played it, but the comments to the post may.

So I've had my PS3 for about 3 months, and currently it sits in my closet, unopened. I just have no reason, as of right now to open it up and play it. I stare at it sometimes just wondering when, yet I have not been compelled to open it.

The only game I want on the PS3 is MGS4, and with the recent announcement of a June 12th'08 worldwide release, I see the light at the end of the tunnel, but June is still 3 months off. They have also said if you pre-order MGS4 you'll get a invite to the multiplayer beta starting April, which could just be the incentive I need to open it up.

Perhaps if some of the early games were to go greatest hits, Resistance, NG;Sigma, and that's about it, I'd maybe buy one to play. Even though it does not seem that will be happening anytime soon. So my PS3 will continue to sit packaged up, until compelled, or one of these reasons happen. Sitting biding it's time, waiting to engulf me in it's joyous bliss. :twisted:

So EA has offered a buy-out bid for Take-Two, not to long ago they purchased Bioware and company, they already own the exclusive rights to the NFL, the only other company that even makes good selling sports games besides EA is 2K, which is a part of Take-Two.

How could this possible even be approved, EA would monopolize sport games, NBA2K and NBA Live are the only yearly basketball games that come out. So, if this were to be approved, It would be one or thee other, no competition unless they decide to compete with themselves.

And I love GTA just as much as the next fella, but would you want to see a new GTA every year, GTA 08, EA is known for taking very successful games and pimping them out. Burnout, Need for Speed, and their was already talk right after they bought Bioware to expect Mass Effect 2 real soon, or Bio-shock 08, Midnight Club 08.

EA is already a monster of a company and if this deal gets approved by every organization that it needs to, which probably will happen, by 2010 every game put out will be published by EA.

Gears 2in November, I thought for sure, it would not be out until 2009, but then again they have unreal tournament each year why not a gears every two. Then Ninja Gaiden 2 is being released June 3rd, I mean the game was just announced but not 2-3 months ago. Those, beautiful Too Human screenshots made me about lose my mind, once I heard silicon Knights was making the Too Human trilogy for the 360 that cemented my decision in getting one.

Lets not forget we still have GTA4 coming out sometime before June, and that is looking to either be the greatest or worse of the series, it's hard to tell until your able to actually play the games. And then the mother of all games for me at least MGS4, I mean I may just be found dead staring at a TV screen before this year is up, remember to breath.

I've received a mod report of someone complaining that the person finds your signature offensive. I understand that you have the quote there as an example of stupidity (and it certainly is a good one at that), but I think on the other hand if someone misses the text above the quote, it could be taken in the entirely wrong way (as it appears to have been here). Would it be possible to get you to change it? I'm just worried that others might follow suit, and we'd prefer people not see things that might offend them while browsing GameSpot.

So this past Monday was a very busy day for me. I had 2 job interviews, 1 at 10am thee other at 1130am, the first went good, I thought, GM told me he'd give me a call for a 2nd interview with the owner. Then my brother took me to my second interview, which again I felt went really well.

Then the day went weird, long story short, my brother and I went over to one of his friends house to dig up a dog that died a few days ago. The dog disappeared for a week, then all of a sudden appeared back at his friends house in the fenced off backyard dead. So my brother's, friend's, wife wanted the dog to get an autopsy to found out the cause of death. So I did the digging he did the carrying.

Then I went with my brother to pay on his bond, and drop off the dog. After we treated ourselves to Ryan's, and ate way too much, which made me sick. Then I received a call from the second interviewer with a job offer, which I started Tuesday. It was differently a Monday for the record books. :lol:

I've been watching 5 kids all weekend. Cooking, cleaning, stopping fights, etc. I had to take the oldest girl to a b-day party, dole out medicine. And do everything a stay at home parent would do, and the verdict is from the kids themselves.

So I saw Rambo yesterday, and it has to be one of the most violent movies, I have ever seen. There are certain scenes that made me think, I can't believe I'm watching this. It bombards you with images of horrific suffering, and asks is your life really is so bad. Are we truly suffering?

So I've been game less for awhile since my move, my 360 is still packed up, as my unopened PS3. I don't want to run the risk of my nieces and nephews getting mad and kicking them over, plus their is no way right now to connect them to the net. So I decided to hook up my PS2, I mean if they happen to destroy that I can always play my PS2 games on my PS3.

While I was working at KB toys years ago, I was buying games like crack, basically anything considered classic. And a lot of them I never got a chance to sit down and enjoy. So while I'm job hunting I've decided to start playing some of these classics, the first is Ico. I played SOTC and loved it, and have owned Ico for years, but never got around to it.

I played the past 4 hours and it is a very engaging game just like SOTC, I'm really enjoying it. I can't wait to see what team Ico will bring to the PS3.
