Weirdly, I usually only like 1 or 2 albums from any band. I generally stop trying to find another album once I've found one I like because I usually don't like bands so much as specific music they've created.
No, it just means it's cool to hate, and it's more likely you'll hear when someone dislikes something than when they like something. Edit: And bands should always develop new sounds, sure, sometimes it doesn't work, but better than fading away to nothing.
