So im back guys from my suspension and I had some free time so I went to my friends house who had a Wii.The only game I played was Wii Tennis which was fun but got repetive after an hour, then my friend played Zelda and Red Steel

This is where my problem sets in....The swordfighting in Zelda and Red Steel are almost exactly alike(both have the same way you swordfight...This worries me as this might mean other Sword Fighting games like POP would be the same gameplay. And other Tennis game might play the same way as Wii Tennis (just swing at the screen)So my problem is repetivness in gameplay of genres

And can someone tell me if you get new wepaons in Zelda do you still swing the WiiMote the same way?(ex.The beggining sword and the Master Sword)Ive only played to the begginning of the forest temple poopinloop32
Trust me, If you're basing your wii experience on Red Steel and the first few hours of Zelda, you'd never want to play it again.

....That after getting a 4.8 on the Xbox360 (IGN), Sonic would sink to a 4.2 on the almighty Ps3 console. I mean, I could be wrong, but I'm going to take a wild guess and say Happy Feet got a better score than that.Feeling proud that I dodged that bullet as a Wii user, I took a test run on the Ps3 version at Gamestop this weekend.

I didn't have to play for 10 seconds to realize why this game got such a pitiful score. The graphics were suffering from what I call Next-Genism (When developers make the graphics glossy and shiney but fail to make them crisp). Back to my first point, I started the level and sittig in front of me was a pile of boxes. What the hell? Isn't the point of Sonic games to go fast? How in the name of Christ am I supposed to go fast if there's a pile of boxes every 3 seconds? The level was slow, painful, and unimpressive. I can't believe how far Sonic has fallen, and I'd love to say Sonic and The Secret Rings will be good, but I won't get my hopes up, thank god it has its own team working on the game. The last Sonic game I enjoyed was the side scrolling "Sonic Rush" for the NDS, it was 2D, and blazing fast, the way the series should be.

Nintendo themselves said the wii isn't a next gen console. http://www.gamespot.com/news/6152265.htm

[QUOTE="Kikouken"]THE WII IS OBVIOUSLY NEXT GEN BECAUSE IT IS THE SUCCESSOR TO THE NINTENDO GAMECUBE. /THREADtopgunmv

QFT. But that in no way is bad. I'd rather Nintendo focus on themselves than worry about the competition, thats why they decided to make the remote in the first place, they themselves have said they do not care how many systems MS or Sony are selling.

That's right, 17 million PSPs eaten by a single DS.
