1.5GHz Core Duo T5250

2GB of DDR2 system memory

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100 and 384MB of shared video memory

i know this laptop wont be able to handle any new games, but im just hoping it would be able to handle really old games like cs source or possibly battlefield 2 also. i doubt it though:P crossing my fingers...

and

i really cant decide which one to buy. i plan on playing some games on laptop. but i only plan to play old games like counter strike source and battlefield 2 (and maybe call of duty 4). which laptop should i buy? would i be able to run battlefield 2 on the second laptop without a problem?

i have a 22" asus mw221u hdcp Dvi LCD.

im thinking about swapping my laptop for my freinds 360.
but before i do i want to know what it would look like hooked up to my 22" lcd.

1) how will the picture look? will it be as clear asif i was playing a pc game at 1280*720?
2) how will i connect the 360 to my moniter?
3) is it easy to setup the 360 to play in 720p mode when connected to a comp screen?

i dont have a tv in my room anymore, just my gaming Rig.

thanks for the help.

EDIT!!! WOULD A Ps3 BE JUST AS CLEAR AS A 360 IF IT WAS HOOKED UP TO MY MONITER IN 720P??

i know some of you are probs confused with all the threads ive made and things ive sed im buying.

but i literally have so many different ways to spend this money atm ive been going out of my mind for days and days trying to decide what to do...Ephexis

1) the picture looks great, it's same as the tv, just depends on what monitor you have. yes, it might even be more clearer (correct me if i'm wrong).

2) you use the VGA cable for xbox 360 to connect to the monitor and they come with speaker adaptor, so you can just plug it into a speaker system or your computer. the cable also costs 40 dollars=/

3) it's very easy. just go to settings - display and choose the resolution you want to play it, just make sure your monitor can support that resolution.

i'm planning on getting a laptop soon and i plan to play some games (i don't really play games a lot). the new games i'm looking forward to buying this year are call of duty 4, crysis, and maybe half life 2 orange pack. and i was wondering if my laptop might be able to handle crysis. i don't need to run it high, as long as it's very stable and around medium settings, i'm cool.

so the specs of the laptop would be:

Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 (2.2GHz?800Mhz FSB/4MB cache)

256MB NVIDIA® GeForce® 8600M GT

2GB Shared Dual Channel DDR2 at 667MHz (Maybe even 3GB)

160GB SATA Hard Drive (5400RPM)

your help would be appreciated:)
