It depends on the game really (especially when they are really pushing the console). Personally, I've always hated screen tearing (it happens on some 360 games too) but it often means a better framerate. I didn't like it last gen and it's disappointing to see it again this gen, but not everyone feels the same about it. Many gamers don't mind tearing (some don't even notice it), and if they do but the game is great, most are willing to forgive tearing for a better framerate. :)

Maybe, maybe not, but it wouldn't make any difference to me, as I plan to purchase a PS3 and 360 by the end of the year (time permitting), and therefore see no compelling reason to purchase MGS4 for the 360 over the PS3 original. :) It would only matter to those with 360's only (if it does come to the 360 of course, and that wouldn't be until next year at the earliest).

You can't expect to attack me on the forum and send a PM on the same day and not expect me to respond accordingly, regardless of how less aggressive the PM is. As for turning people against you. You still don't get it do you? I simply ask them to tell you to stop sending me quotes of what they said to you in private. I repeat, I don't want to know what they said to you in private, because imo it's between you and them. So spin it around as much as you like... "Nope, If I did I would've shared the whole thing, your whole PM my whole PM" According to you that is. How can they prove otherwise? I can quote anything I like and claim you said it, including editing your posts and cut and pasting certain comments. They've only got your side of the arguement, and therefore as I said, if they're naive enough to believe you, then so be it. So, getting back to MGS4.... (which will be my next post.... later :))

You shared comments people sent to you in private with me (which I maintain you shouldn't do, but obviously you disagree), so why wouldn't I expect you to do the same with my comments? (and even make up things I'm suppose to have said, afterall, they can't prove you're lying without checking with me!). But as you've shown here and in your PMs already, you take care to distort the truth by carefully selecting only certain parts of any conversation. So if anyone you sent my comments to are naive enough to believe you, then so be it. But like I said, I will not lower myself to your level by doing the same with yours. My next post will be on topic.... :P
