I would definitely get a Final Fantasy Tactics port. I played the original through and through so many times that when I played the PSP version, I was just so disturbed by the editing of the dialogue and skill/spell names.

Otherwise, I agree with the mentioning of Tomba and Vagrant Story and wouldn't mind seeing the Suikoden series, Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain, Lunar and Tales of Destiny just to name a few.

FF Tactics is available to download...

Guess I just need a PS3 and I'll be good to go then...

Its been released for almost two days and I'm already tired of the WoW comparisons/complaints. General chat in the game, so far, has been nothing but "Boy, this sure isn't WoW". No kidding...

Otherwise, I've been happy with Aion since beta. Granted that I haven't gotten much further than my "ascension" and, therefore, not too far into the heart of the game, but at a basic level, it is very pleasing.

I think the game as a whole is a great idea with bad execution, pure and simple.

It's always nice for me to go back from time to time to snatch up a buried treasure of some kind... just to remind me of a simpler time. :D

I almost let Symphony of the Night slip through my fingers when it originally came out. I ended up beating the game in only a few hours and decided to return in. After I did so, I stumbled upon the fact that there was the whole inverted castle part and I kicked myself all the way back to the store to re-buy it with the strategy guide just so I didn't miss anything the second time through.

If people could be trusted NOT to steal things, then I could understand having sealed games out on the sales floor... but, seeings as how we live in an imperfect world, it's only sensible that Gamestop takes the game out of the case for display purposes. Some stores have security-sensored cases, some have locked cases and some take the important things out. Whatever works.

But, in situations like that where a case disappears or something along those lines, they are supposed to offer a 10% shopworn discount.

Bubsy 3D was the first game that I can truly remember having a burning hatred for. I have seen alot of games that were obviously bad over the years and knew that staying away was the wisest decision. Bubsy 3D was one of these visibly terrible games but it was on one of those Jampack demo discs or something similar and I figured there was no harm in trying. It didn't just have holes in the game.... it had holes in the game! Actual holes laying around for no other reason but sheer laziness/crappiness/whathaveyou. We're not talking "pits of death" here... just missing details. It was painful.

Is it refurbished through Microsoft or some other place? If Microsoft refurbished it, then it should come with an updated warranty, but if its a refurbished system through, say, Gamestop or something, then its probably their store warranty only.

masterchief055

im buying it from a local store and the guy said it was refurbished but i wanna know if ill get the 3 year warranty for the rrod even though its refurbished i believe its from microsoft

If Microsoft did the fixing and refurbishing and the repackaging of the system, then it should come with a new Microsoft warranty.

If your local store did the fixing and refurbishing, then its pretty much whatever might be left over of the original Microsoft warranty aside from whatever kind of warranty the store might give you.

Scribblenauts looks interesting and very original but I'm hesitant. It's hard to believe that it will have any kind of lasting effect.

Mario and Luigi I think has the potential to be the biggest one yet in the line of M&L games. From what I have seen, it appears to have retained that goofyness that the previous ones had while somehow having a new look to it.

I have no doubts that Kingdom Hearts and Zelda will both be good games as well, but I don't think they will stack up as high as Mario and Luigi will.
