[QUOTE="EasyNormalHard1"][QUOTE="sixgears2"] It's called inflation, and it happens in every single industry. Things will get more expensive as time goes on, that's the nature of our current economy. If you can't accept that, I recommend that you brace yourself for a very frustrating rest of your life.sixgears2
Thats not true at all I think you need to rethink that. Things don't get more expensive as time goes on lol. They get cheaper the prices don't go up they go down.

No... they really don't. Why do you think people get "cost of living" pay increases? Or how about the fact that 1 million dollars in 1980 was worth far more than 1 million dollars now.? 1 dollar is worth far less now than it was 30 years ago, or even 10 years ago. That's what happens when you print more and more money to cover more and more expenses. I think you need to do some reading, then get back to me.

Wouldn't that be because the price of the dollar is getting less valueable over time? It not increasing its decreasing thats why you get cost of living raises because the dollar is loosing its value. Therefore businesses incease there products value to maintain there same profit value but there costing the same just the power of the dollar is not the same. following? lol cuz this is tough thinking here? Over time there products loose value not increase or stay the same. Damn thats some deep thinking there I need to stop smoking this crap lol.

[QUOTE="EasyNormalHard1"]

Are there any walkthrough guides on this site for xbox 360 games??? guess no ones up at 6:04 am lol.

chaoscougar1

wiki usually has the best guides, you can simply type in a game name on google with wiki after it and it will usually take you to a website with detailed information on every quest (especially fallout about oblivion)

EDIT: and Oblivion, how did my subconscious typing come up with about? :P

Good Looks for the info. I looked for it on this site couldn't find anything guess it don't got it. I wanted it for Fable 2 just in case I get stuck or something. Really mainly to see the achievements for the game (curious). Can't wait to take it online when I get a mic almost finished with enchanted arms.

I was talking about video games and systems this is a video game forum lol. Not a milk and cost of living forum lol. Includes online service as well for video games that should get cheaper but it should not rise unless new features are added. I am not about to talk about milk or living costs because he was referencing about what I said about Xbox Live. They shouldn't raise a price of a service thats been out for 5 years or however long unless they offer something new to it thats the way electronics works in video games and consoles there prices drop over time. Does the price go up yes when something new comes out but as time goes on it gets cheaper to buy that product (talking about video games and consoles). I guess you can argue adding ESPN is something new but I think ESPN is a free service offering on ESPN (not sure on that though). Is Xbox Live better then the free service others offer I don't know but is it 60 dollars better??? I don't think it is its pretty much the samething. How they get away with charging so much is beyond me and I wouldn't get 12 months live gold cards. I would however get a 1month gold card or a 3 month gold card every now and then because that seems like the price that I feel its worth. Someone said there offering deals for 30-40 dollars now thats a better deal and is what I think the price should be for 12 months.

[QUOTE="EasyNormalHard1"] Most of them got mommy and daddy thats why they say that because they got no idea what bills are. Sorry, I didn't write that dumb friends lol. sixgears2

Most people here are likely over that age and have jobs that pay them enough money to be able to spend 30-40 a year to support a hobby they enjoy.

And the thing about breaking it down into a yearly cost is that, that is what it does cost. If you say it's only 10 cents a day and consider that cheap that means if you save 10 cents a day you can pay it in one sum each year.

Smart man. "Mommy" and "Daddy" haven't paid for my gaming habit for a long, long time friends. The point of breaking it down in what it actually costs on a per diem basis is to show you that it is NOTHING. Hell, I pay more than the cost of a yearly LIVE subscription in one month of utility bills. And don't even get me started on cell phones, rent, insurance, etc. If I can pay a tiny, tiny fraction of my income towards something that will give me hundreds of hours of entertainment and escape for a year, why wouldn't I? Like I said before, if you can't afford $50 once a year, I really don't think that you can afford gaming as a hobby and should look into something else. That's not snobbery, either, it's just an observation that you are obviously in extremely dire financial straights. If you just don't want to pay the fee on based on some self-righteous notion of how things "should" be, then I pity you because you are missing out on A LOT of fun to prove a point to a corporation who doesn't care one lick whether you like their policies or not.

I didn't write that my friend did he was just messin with people so I signed out so he couldn't get me into trouble or something. EDIT: He was wondering whats the point of these forums but I said I don't know I just joined up to look up video games. Had some people over down in the basement to drink and smoke (cigarettes of course) and someone wandered over to check something out on a video game because my 360 was doing its Live FM thing at night (Love that thing btw). Man im smoked up typing all this crap to much hot boxing the bathroom lol (cigarette reference again). My mom actually got me my Xbox for Christmas but I already opened it and live in my parents house still which I should be doing anyway. Well im out peace peace.

why do people always break down per day costs when factoring in a yearly cost? everything sounds cheap if you break it down by 365 days, lol

you still need the money to buy it fully @ $60 total
