@slyfox_28 Because Nintendo claims that their consoles are going to change the way we look at games. They don't and they haven't. The Wii is seriously, while having some amazing titles, one of the worst home consoles ever made. A veritable handful of good titles. Largest squandering of an opportunity to try something new ever.

Brendan Mcnamara is the new Peter Molyneaux. LA Noire was a massive disappointment. So much effort in some parts and none in others.

@Gelugon_baat @xHellBoundx Giantbomb is owned by Gamespot anyways, so a lot of the scores from this point forward will potentially be comparable. Depends on how they treat Gerstmann.

If this news is in any way surprising to any of you then we are all going to die. Square Enix as a publisher is not too shabby given Deus Ex 3, Tactics Ogre: LUCT, and a few others. But as a developer? SE is a lot like a fart, it is noticeable at first but quickly disappears into the couch cushions and you might get a hint of it later but it is never as good.

@djmaster1994 Rehashing and improving are two very different things, bub. You make games cooler and better, if 2 plus 2 is 4 you just need to draw the 4 in crazy ways. Nintendo throws variables (stupid motion controls) and calls them "innovations".
