Both those zelda games are great, Link to the Past probably regarded as the best 2d zelda game, ocarina of time best 3d zelda game, and in my opinion best game ever. I'd get both eventually.
I got the idea partially from last ign wii podcast, love zelda but they need to freshen up the franchise. Here's my thoughts-Link starts out looking over hyrule on his horse, hyrule is destroyed and in ruins, Zelda is killed. Most Zelda's have had an alternate world/universe, I think in this one Link could go into the land of the dead to rescue Zelda. In the real world everything is devastated, cities/towns inhabited by enemies although there are still communities in hiding.- As far as gameplay I think it should be slightly less linear, obviously controls built from scratch for wii, and lots of new weapons. (I loved the ball and chain in TP). Any thoughts on this idea or do you have any ideas of your own, if you don't like mine don't be a jerk it just an idea. By the way I'm 100% nintendo won't go this route.
Hi, I may be getting a wii for Christmas and I was thinking of getting some virtual console games. I wasn't planning on getting a vc controller right away so I was hoping people could tell me how some games play with the gc controller or wiimote. (So if they play a lot better with the vc controller I'll wait on getting them.) Some of the games I'm interested in are Actraiser, Super Mario World, Super Metroid, Gunstar Heroes, and Sin & Punishment. Thanks.
I hate to say it but they are already coming out with wii ports from psp and as much as I hope not I;m sure there will be more to come when the PS2 finally stops making games.
