Hopefully Sony doesn't adopt this as well. I need official word from both companies before I start raging on the internet.

Probably going to be revealed at the press conference at E3. But if the X1 didn't have TW3... It'll definitely be a deal breaker.

@thaddusbly Microsoft held an architecture panel. It's on Major Nelson's site. I also watched an interview GI did with Marc Whitten.

There isn't much difference between the hardware of both systems. Sony gets a slight edge because they have 7Gb of RAM dedicated to games while MS only has 5Gb. But MS can offload a lot of the work by use the cloud. Which I think is a stupid idea since you will have to be connected and have a fast, reliable internet. We still don't know if Sony's OS is 64 bit or not.

@MoronGotMyName You're giving me a bunch of hypothetical scenarios which probably won't happen. But I guess you needed something to make your failing argument valid.

If you want the best experience from either console, you will have to be online.

@MoronGotMyName Details are still unknown. But if it requires me to be connect once for 24 hours, I'm fine with it. I'm never offline anyway.

This is probably the only thing about the X1 I don't have a problem with.
