@CptJohnnyRico: "It was never about equality, its always been about dominance[...]"

Yep. Notice how Kathleen Kennedy brags about 75% of the story group members being women, and that they supposedly have the ability to tell different stories than a group with more men would.

She also promises that the female director would not be a token. This is an absolute lie. The fact that she's identifying the desire for the unspecified "a woman to direct a Star Wars movie" without a specific female director already in mind for the job indicates that they would have to go hunting for someone based on their genitals.

@jvconroy: "I'm all for gender equality[...]"

We need to stop being fools about this. There is no equality between the sexes, and there is nobody even promoting actual equality, least of all feminists like Kathleen Kennedy. She placed 50% women on the "executive team," but 75% women on the "story group."

This is what feminism is about: a bunch of female executives, writers and directors have never created a powerful mythos and commercial giant the likes of Star Wars through their own talents, innovation and work ethic. Rather, they want to take over what men have already labored to build, as can be seen with feminist infiltrators into video gaming who agitate against existing AAA developers, rather than create their own "pro-women" games and put them to the test in the market. Once feminists take over, they colonize an organization and redirect its purpose to the comfort and aggrandizement of women.

A note to whomever produced the voiceover audio: please remember the DeEsser filter. The narrator has a pleasant voice (though her delivery could use some work), but she produces a lot of harsh sibilance. Make sure your audio processing does your narrators justice.
