I've rediscovered Counter Strike yesterday, and played for most fo the day. Made a pretty good clan who will be entering CAL next season. I also joined the union here on gamespot, and whipped up a quick sig for them. Not my best, but I was happy with the blue-ish color I got out of the adjustment. Used the same technique as my header.




I'm gonna start a deviant art soon when I get a chance. I've gotten more and more familiar with photoshop. Think I might start putting up some of my work. I also want to start making some of my own C4Ds as well.

So I logged in this morning only to find two new emblems on my list!

                                               

The first I recieved because yesterday I went out and purchased the Doom 3 expansion, which I am playing through and really enjoying. I really prefer PC gaming to console gaming, just because it feels a lot more comfortable to me. There are a few games that I will buy for a console, play a bit, and realize that I would like the game more playing on the PC. I did it with Oblivian, and the amount of third-party modder support alone is enough to push me towards the PC.

I just recently discovered the tagging system, so lately when I read a news or something on the site, I'll slap a few keywords on the article. I guess I've tagged enough to earn myself an emblem, so there it is.

Now Playing: Well, as I said before I'm really enjoying the Doom 3 expansion. I finished that game wanting more, and i'm really enjoying hte new content. Another game I've been playing a lot is F.E.A.R. The single player experiance is awesome, (finished just last week) and the multiplayer is a solid addition.

                           

So I recently posted one of the funniest videos I think I've ever seen. I'm not sure why I'm so drawn to it, perhaps it's because I feel the pain of those poor CTs who are getting massacred at the starting point.

But for serious, I hate TKers, they are shamefull people who ruin teh gaming experiance for others. I do not condone TKing in any way by posting the video, I just thought it was worth a laugh or two. 8)

So it looks to me like the new cool thing to do is to launch a video of yourself blogging live like an idiot up on the web. I can't be left out of this one! I've been blogging for a while now on my own site, and I think it's time to start one on the beloved Gamespot. I just discovered how great the user-video feature is, and I've had some real laughs while browsing the blogs available. My webcam is in the mail, prepare for Erik's Midnight Video Blog!
