@Hvac0120 @JBStone1981 Lemme say that I agree that opinions need justification, in my view. But you know, it wouldn't make a difference. Either way, someone is going to flame you or be passive-aggressive towards you if you criticise something they like, even if you really do have valid points.

So the best thing to do is to not say something negative in a place where the fans would flock. Then again, it might be the best place in case you're looking for a challenge.

All in all, you can simply ignore things you don't like if you want to.

Personally, I have my reasons for why I feel this game is overrated, but fortunately, I'm smart enough not to start an unnecessary argument with someone here. At the end of the day, it's my opinion against theirs and we would accomplish nothing without trying to understand each other, which is what a lot of people on the Net don't like to do.

So what's my point? I really don't know. I just love rambling, that's all. Sorry for wasting your time if you'll have felt that way.

@19James89 I disagree. While I liked the lore of Dishonored, I found the game's story incredibly dull. I feel it's overrated. But opinions are opinions, so how I feel about the game isn't factual- just my perspective of it.

You're missing the fundamental point. That's what best means to you but it doesn't apply to everyone else; thus making what you're saying your personal opinion, which I won't argue with by the way, since at the end of the day, it's your opinion against mine.

I'm not going to say that there are no facts in life; however, even some people dispute so-called facts, but I've no examples to give you right now. "Superlatives aren't matters of opinion" - well, that doesn't apply to me and I'm sure as hell it doesn't to many other people. Nonetheless, I won't try to dispute your perspective because you have a right to believe what you want and I do.

Anyway, my point is: there can be no "best game, movie, car ever and so on," because it's all relative. People's perspectives differ; hence making their experiences with a game different or somewhat unique. What you may find to be terrible, someone else could find it amazing and vice versa.

Oh and yes, 'best' is a superlative, but don't you think that when someone says, "BEST GAME EVER!!", that's simply an opinion?

Also, if the score were to start from 0, does that mean that some games could get 0?

@Helios_Sun It's a matter of preference. The best fighting game is what any individual loves the most. I've always been an MK fan ever since I played the first game on SNES. I wouldn't dare call the series the best in the genre currently but it's the one I like most.
