1: you have to either get it professionally calibrated which costs a couple thousand dollars or you can by a calibration DVD... personally I use "Digital Video Essentials". I have a 40" Samsung LCD 1080p
2: i stands for interlaced and p stands for progressive. Interlaced basically means the TV is refreshing twice to simulate the amount of pixels in a 1080p HDTV. Progressive basically means that the TV doesn't have to refresh twice because it already has enough pixels to support the full HD resolution of the source. These are VERY basic explanations.... if you want to learn more... google it
The 360 is FINALLY getting some great RPGs and I'm looking forward to them. But I take FOREVER to finish an RPG since I have a limited amount of gameplay time... anyway.. I play the demo for both Blue Dragon and Eternal Sonata and both look amazing.. Personally I like the combat in Eternal Sonata over Blue Dragon... What do you guys think? Basing your opinions on the Demos, which game do you tihnk will be better?
Worms
TMNT
Street Fighter
Mortal Kombat
Alien Humanoid

UNO
NFS Carbon Limited Edition upgrade
NFS XBL Exclusive cars
Lost Planet Maps
2 HD movie rentals
Thats pretty much it... and still have 1300 pts left to spend
I know people.... so I'll be able to trade in my old 360 and pay the difference. BUT I'm rethinking it because I have been reading through the forums and there's some talk about the Premium package coming with the same hardware sometime late this year or something... and I don't want to get all my accessories customized in black if I won't be able to buy future accessories in black... I would be paying more then the actual accessorie to get it customized. I have 2 years to trade in my 360 so I'll probebly do it when they release one with HD-DVD, bigger HDD, and HDMI built in... it'lls probebly cost $100-$200 more but to me it worth it.. I get a little bump in both my Wii's visual performance and my 360's
