Does anyone know if its possible to use custom rosters with created players in a GM connected league?  Or is this like Madden 13 connected careers where that is not possible in any way? Inlcuding the ability to edit players.

its not that hes not listening to advice. Its that his getting answers to questions he never asked. I see that a lot on PC forums. Everyone knows something better than someone or something else. For Example:

I posted about a gaming laptop the other day. I was comparing 2 gaming laptops of the same price range I can afford. My answers I got

"Those laptops are crap IMO el oh el. Get this laptop insted because I said so. "

didn't really help on the comparison of the 2 laptops I was looking at. Just brushed it away for a more expensive laptop.

Or my favorite

"gaming laptops are garbage, get a PC because everyone on this forum has one and posts their PC hardware specs in a massive dick measuring contest. Anyways why even post about useless stuff. Get a PC or don't. Get what I say or I will hurt you"

Thanks?

Anyways Hes looking for a decent laptop with HDMI out. He wants to know if anyone knows any and how it would work out with a controller and such. Some suggest he gets a PC thats fair. However its clear he would rather go the laptop route. Some of you seem that as damnation or that he has tossed your pithy suggestions behind because they were not good enough.

Leave the guy alone. Hes looking for a decent gaming laptop. Check this http://www.gateway.com/systems/product/529668231.php it has HDMI out and can handle the games you are looking to play. Now you can probably get that package a little cheaper but I found that just farting around in google.

I am curious to know myself, I am looking at this exact model laptop because its in the exact price range I am looking to spend. Although I made a post about this laptop and get replys from people saying I shouldnt get it and they would link me to a much more expensive laptop.

I am eye balling the Gateway FX Edition Laptop http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=9172511&type=product&id=1218043606827

and

The Alienware m15x mobile gaming laptop http://www.alienware.com/customize/area-51-m15x-notebook.aspx?SysCode=PC-LT-AREA51M15X-AI1&SubCode=SKU-DEFAULT

Both are around the same price but one is more mobile than the other. Which is not too much of a big deal for me because I rarely play unplugged anyways. What I want to know however is. For the price which one is better. And I of course mean stock price for the alienware. With no upgrades and at its standard price with that it comes with. Which is the better gaming laptop?

The FX or the m15x?

I am asking this for a friend who is getting a computer and he has a choice between 3 cards, They are :

SLi, Dual nVidia GeForce 9800GT 512MB

ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB

ATI Radeon HD 4870 1024MB

Which one would be the best choice for him, Also please do not suggest a different card that is the same price. He only has these options so in some detail please tell me which one is the best. I would really appreciate it.

[QUOTE="Emosupside"][QUOTE="swehunt"] I think you should get the HD4670 one. ;)swehunt

thats neat, Still looking for some explanation between the two cards

From what i find/can see they perform very simular but the HD4670 is smaller, cooler, and use a lot less power that the 9600GSO/8800GS (the same card.) get the one you find cheapest.

I looked up the 4670 and there are a lot of different models with different prices which is nice, I will look into them some more.

[QUOTE="Emosupside"][QUOTE="Emosupside"]

I have decent computer tech knowledge but I would rather get a expert opinion on which of these 2 models I should get. Both are in my price range to a degree and for the games I play and future games I will play I hear they are both good. But which is better.

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8968101&productCategoryId=abcat0507002&type=product&id=1217029964838

Thats the PNY Verto NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GSO overclocked version with DDR3 768MB

Then you got this

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8968101&productCategoryId=abcat0507002&type=product&id=1217029964838

The XFX GeForce 9600 GSO.

They both seem to have similaritys obviously but then there seems to be some differences with one having ddr2 and the other being ddr3. I am not much the video card wiz so I come to you guys with what you think is better. And for the record these are the cards I am looking at. I don't want suggestions on other cards because my budget is tight but just tight enough to get either one. Unless said card is leaps and bounds better for the price. Anyways help me understand which card is better.

swehunt

oops my bad sorry for the double link. Here is the XFX card link

I think you should get the HD4670 one. ;)

thats neat, Still looking for some explanation between the two cards
