[QUOTE="deangallop"]Unless you buy one used I see no way around it. Buying a PS3 for online is a bad idea, the community is not as great ( many people have no mikes) and it dosn't have a Geow or Halo 3 type live game, most online games on the PS3 are 360 multiplats.springz300

9/10 people i come across have mics.

you probably have never even touched a ps3. so your opinion is null and void

He might not but i have and if you say9/10 people you meet have mics your either the lickiest guy on the psn or a liar. Take a guess which one i go with?

for the last year the cows have been predicting the ps3 would crush the 360 from the onset, due to "100 million loyal ps owners"...

yet there the ps3 is; LAST place... :lol:

face it; it flopped....

[QUOTE="Jackasssiegel"]

Microsoft did not lose 2 billion dollars. It's gaming and entertainment division (which includes the newly released Zune and games for windows) did and it was primarily due to the extension of the great 3 year warranty that has now been extended and paying back those who paid to get their 36 fixed the past 1.5 years. Microsoftthe company as a whole actually increased profits7.3% or 3+billion dollars.

CaseyWegner

so microsoft's gaming and entertainment division isn't part of microsoft?:shock:

I think he mean microsoft didnt post a 2billion loss

Could have phoned, should not have to phone (21st century has been here for almost a decade), EB lost a sale.... And you missed the point.rwoot
Didnt miss the point just know why they dont mark them as sold or layaway as you like to say were as you obviously dont.

[QUOTE="EmpCom"][QUOTE="rwoot"]No man, like I said the kid behind the counter told me they had a bunch of copies but they were all spoken for by people who reserved them. The problem stems from their inventory not reflecting the reserved copies as having been sold and still available.rwoot

Probably because reserved copies are not sold copies until the customer comes in and pays for them.You complain about a problem that was as simple to avoid as phoning the store you were intending to visit.

OK here we go again. A small retail shop can take a deposit and put an item in a layaway mode so it does not appear on our website and mislead a potential customer into thinking we have an item available. Again a multimillion dollar nation wide chain of stores cannot manage to do such an amazing accomplishment. Again if the website said 1 or 2 available I would have called however 4+ available tells me I am probably good to drive 15 minutes and pick it up. Again the clerk did not say oh sorry we just sold out. And for an update GS/Eb website still lists 4+ units at said location. Get it genius. Not that big of a deal, i will find the game tomorrow, just annoyed I wasted time because of a companies lack of customer service or software savvy.

Could of phoned should have phoned , simple as that genius
