Well depends really! After all that time and money spent on it if it dont sell by the truckload then no matter what he has or hasnt said will be ported to the 360 faster than an african with a dinner ticket.
No your speed is not 54meg it is as fast as the speed you pay your isp for which trust me is no where near 54 meg,also all websites have doenload speed limits thats prob why you get the 100kb
