I am worried about the game. No join in progress coop, no mod tools cause they want us to pay for dlc, limited editor, mp tether, and no leaning or walking. Seems that most of the reviews say the ai is terrible. Only four multiplayer maps out of the box. I think the tether is probably the worst part of the whole deal for me and the limtied players in mp. I believe it is 32.

Not sure what to say to you. You should have a single satchel charge. Unless you removed it during the flight. Just restart the mission and press g to see if it is in your inventory. It looks like a messenger bag. Maybe you laid it on accident I don't know but it should be there. The mission is short so its easy to start over.

You should have one in your inventory. All you have to do is use your mouse wheel or [ ] to open up your action menu and lay satchel charge. Once it's laid a few options in the action menu will come up for a timer or just to blow it.

How would I know? I'd guess that since PC gaming in Europe is significantly more popular than it is in the states that they may be charging more for them? People are obviously still buying or they would have changed it back. It sucks for sure but you know what you have to do.
