Feminism has gotten too far. It's got western men emasculated in real life and now it's trying to prevent men from being men in fantasy, too. What equality? "Kickass dominance" aka supremacy is what they love to see most.
[QUOTE="musicalmac"]Well, it's fun to see people try. Gamespot is a conglomeration of people, "Gamespot" can't be biased unless there is an over-arching agenda circulated daily. If you believe Gamespot has any bias, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you, and a bunker in Nevada that will save you from the lizard people (who are planning to invade next March). Let me know. Conglomeration of people? You make it sounds like there are 100+ GS staffs reviewing games. I don't think GS has more than 10 people reviewing games with any regularity. It's entirely possible that the majority of these reviewers are biased in favor of one particular system and that makes GS as a whole biased toward that system as well. The reviewers are human and therefore not immune to the love/hate thing going on in system war. They can only be objective to a point.
Halo the biggest gaming franchise? As a Warcraft fan I must laugh at this. 3.3 billion hours spent playing Halo games? Warcraft 3 alone can probably rival that number. I recall someone at TED estimating that nearly 6,000,000 years were spent playing WoW, which translate into ~52 billion hours.
Am I the only one thinking Geralt's face looks a bit generic this time? He no longer has the mean, unique look of the old Geralt. What he has now is a stock handsome face with less personality.
My first thought was that all these six screenshots looked like they could have come from the same game. That's how generic the shooter genre has become these days.
That bit about having many more characters than the first game had me worried. That usually means inadequate development for many of the supporting characters.
