lol....this threadis getting dangerously close to getting off topic.....

crysis slays my 8800GT as well since i have the same moniter.....i had to lower the res to get decent Fps.....to bad i'm stuck in the game right now... otherwise i'd be playing it right now.... i freakin hate those damn munchkin aliens....

when u assemble the stuff make sure your always touching the case so there's no static charge that destroys your new stuff

also get in the mindset of being organized....don't lose anything....

buy like a box to put all the spare stuff in.....

go slow, and if you don't know ask

.... get a new CPU you might be bottlenecking.... thats part of it... but witha HD3870 you should be seeing better results.... get the newest drivers, maybe that'll help....

newer stuff is gonna be harder to fit in that case..... but that shouldn't stop you from at least trying... but first make sure you know which forms fit it...

i recently got a desktop from avadirect. my rig had excellent cable management and no problems so far (it's only been a couple of weeks, knock on wood...). you may want to check out their site. much more configurability than other places like dell, gateway, hp, etc. i've also heard good things about vigorgaming but they don't seem to offer quite as many options.

dell is great for people that just check mail and other internet stuff.....

HP is great for Media stuff...

Mac's are great for Computer Retards....

alright....i entered my product key and it told me that i have to install vista from my older OS. and i have like XP or something but i don't have a product key....i think i already know the answer, but do i need Xp's product key to install it for like 30 sec? and if i do need it does any one havea key gen?

huh weird..... it's doing something....i got the start up screen.....but i don't think it was the ram thing....i had never left it on for this long, so maybe all this time it was working....weird....welp for now i'm gonna run with this... if i have any problems i'll make sure to ask here...thx for your help
