This is a comprehensive list of ALL the flaws of each system. I'll start with 3 each,and you add as many as you like. It can be anything big or small,from the game cases to the colour etc. Wii Bad implementation of motion controls of launch games. The name killed a woman. You really couldn't think of anything bad about the PS3, could you?  Its the most attractive console this gen.

Developers I wanting to make better and bigger games= require more space. Good for the PS3, bad for the 360.
