360 is the best for FPS for sure, especially with reach coming out. PS3 has KZ2 and MAG, but reach dominates them in gameplay, features, feel/controls, and overall experience.
just forge world is enough to win this discussion, let alone the rest of the game.
maybe it's a bit misunderstanding. pls dun creat a flame war =) ok, i have been to my frens house and played just only. i have to agree that killzone 2 / gears of war 2 is both outstanding games. but i did not feel any lag at all when playing horde or was it horge mode in gears of war 2..?it seems smooth enough. about the killzone 2. wow, it a good FPS games but my hand kinda hurt when playing it for ard 15 mins? maybe my hand is too big for its controller? have to admit xbox controller fits prefectly in my hand. the only problem is the battery component which make my fingers feel uncomfortable wit it. as my frens controller is wireless. i have to admit both consoles is good for its games. i am still thinking of which console to get. lol. it seems to me that both console is best of each world. but cause of i do not have such high budget. there fore i only can buy 1 console. xbox live cause of its good multiplayer and can chat if my frens is on different games. while ps 3 cant do tat.
i am more towards multipalyer and more towards shooting games. have a lap top so there fore i cant buy anymore pc. i wish to get a console mainly for FPS for myself and once in awhile get Fifa/PES or WWE for my friends who drop by my house once in a while. but i also like Fat Princess in the PS 3. so confused on which console to buy. please dun tell me to buy both console as i can only afford 1 console right now. I loved playing bad company 2, modern warfare 2 but maybe medal of honour. for ps 3 i loved killzone 2 for xbox 360 i love gears of war 2, halo versions. yeah, paying bucks for yearly i do not mind.
sorry, nope, this is not the thread to bash the PS 3. ( sorry if anyone misunderstand my thread) Just wanted to get a console to play during my free time. I am more towards FPS games. so am just looking for a nice and easy console to play during my free time.
Hi all, I am going to buy a console soon, am not a fan boy of either console. I just wanna play mainly games, which is FPS on my console. Xbox games are Gears of War, HALO. I have a blu ray standalone so with or without blu ray is alright =) PS 3 games are Killzone 2, Fat princess. Multiplats: Modern Warfare 2, Bad Company 2. I understand that most of the multiplat games looks better in xbox 360. I also understand that Xbox 360 controller is better for FPS. Live is definetely better then psn as we need to pay yearly i think. but it has cross chatting, better multiplayer all this. which console will you guys recommend me? i understand that xbox 360 d pad is not good as ps 3. but razer is coming out a new controller for xbox 360 which is RAZER ONZA . so do i buy xbox 360 for just FPS games or PS 3 for just FPS games? please recommend me a console that has better multiplayer, better FPS games and Good controller for FPS. Thanks in advanced.

Na now on shooter they are pretty much equal this is not the PS2 days,now the PS3 also had tons fo shooters.
yeah, u mean now. wad if let's take bad company 2 & modern warfare 2 to compare? xbox wins again. i love ps 3 cause of its exclusive > god of war 3, heavy rain, FFX and to name a few. shooter > killzone 2, resistance and most of all fat princess. but in xbox there's gears of war (which imo, i love it more then killzone. yeah, killzone may look great. but you are flying and shooting? while look at e3 microsoft. co op mode in gears of war 3. wow, that's exciting.) I hav killzone and gears right now but i am more towards bad company 2 in my xbox nowadays. god of war 3 i have completed in 2 days and it is now in my cupboard left keeping dust. am not a fanboy of both console. but shooter and multiplats > xbox exclusive > ps 3 for Live vs PSN 90% is LIVE, as i need to pay, but i paid for the outstanding cross chatting, better multiplayers. better dashboard all this etc. 1 more thing is that controller.
