it looks like the first tekken. whats the differnce other then the number next to it. thats why i dont like asian fighting games. they never change them. on and on and on. they'll beat it silly, just like sf and fatal fury and so on. im not buying any of those games.
mortal kombat 8. nuff said.
Seems kinda like overkill to me. I mean I'm no expert but even 100 developers working on a single game is a large team.PBSnipes
an overkill flop. the most overrated game of the century!!!
Blah blah blah Japan is no longer ruling the world in console system sales. They are far more into buying DS and PSP these days.
PS3 sales are a laughing stick over there in Japan.
And 360 well it's just what we expect sale to be over there.
Wii was doing great but even Wii sales have slow dramatically over in Japan now.
It's all USA baby and I'm sorry Sony fanboys but the PS3 in the USA is FLOPTASTIC.
360 in the USA is and has and continues to look to sell like it's on FIRE.
Wii has sold great in the USA but sales have slowed a bit and looks like the 360 just keeps selling fairly steady.
What this boils down to who will maintain the consistent sales in the USA. And it strongly seem that the 360 has sold strong for 2 strait years and has wrapped up 2 holidays in a row pretty much.
Keep this in mind 360 will hit that sweet spot cost point far far sooner then Sony can for the hardcore gamer sales and the causals that want to think they want to become hardcore gamers.
=360 win PERIOD
As for Europe the 360 has been wiping the floor with Sony over there inmost regions also. Cows will claim oh bu bu bu the sale are good over there. NO the sales numbers for most of Europe for PS3 came in the first week of it's launch and have been in the toilet since then. So those numbers are distorted.

this is such a vaild point its true. really, no one cares what people think on a inverted island. its really comical that it was even considered in the past.
1) I mean the billions MS has lost on the Xbox has put the entire company in the red last fiscal year...oh wait, that was Sony.
"Not surprisingly, the company cited that its overall $563 million USD loss - the company's biggest quarterly loss in four years -- can be directly attributed to costs associated with the PlayStation 3 console. The company's Games division witnessed a $1.9 billion USD loss." - LINK
2) MS had to take out a $700 million loan just to launch the 360.....whoops, that was Sony as well. My bad
"Sony's gaming division has historically been what's clawed it out of the hole, and for the first time in a long while, (due in no small part to the high cost of PS3 production) the division isn't doing particularly well..." - LINK
3) And worse yet, MS has to probablysell off part of their company to continue to support their gaming division....dammit... :x
"Sony Corp. will sell about 332 billion yen ($2.9 billion) of shares in its insurance unit in Japan's biggest initial public offering this year, raising funds for the consumer electronics and games divisions." - LINK
Well since fanboys claim MS will pull the plug on the 360, it must be true right? Nevermind that the 360 will enjoy its best holiday ever and gain much marketshare, MS are greedy ******* who only care about money.
