I haven't touched my Wii in over a week. I think thats the longest I have gone without playing it. I think the release of games like Street Fighter 4 have helped.chocolate1325

As if Kingdom Heats isn't being milked? Or Rock Band? Or any of those series in your list that all have prequels?

Every sequel is a sign of milkage.

REVOLUTIONfreak

How do you expect series of games to make -_-

Meh not really interested. I mean I have a browser on my Nokia N95 (it's Opera Mini) and I have my PSP's Web browser which are both much better then the DSi's and yet I rarely use any of them. I just prefer Firefox, Opera and Chrome on my laptop. lebanese_boy

I have my ipod touch for that.

Well of course you don't see yourself as a deviant since you're used to do this. If I'm a serial killer and I'm used to kill people all the time I wouldn't see myself as a deranged person at all. You can miss a few days of High School without it hurting your grades but if this trend follows you to College then it'll really start to hurt. Trust me I know some friends who were like you and skipped school at some times, now they're behind me by at least a year in studies.

Every single kids will try to play the more mature and adult games, just like pretty much every boy would be curious and want to watch pornography as well. That's just our nature, we humans are curious and always want to experiment. But the laws at least help keep all of this at a limited level. If there was no rule for me not to watch violent movies or play mature games then I would have done that all the time without ever thinking of it as being any wrong to me. But with these laws and rules in place, kids are facing a wall everytime they want to do any of those stuff. Of course they'll try to climb that wall but parents and the law are there to keep surveillance on this wall and not let them climb it so soon.

I believe games can lead to violent behaviors when given to some people. Some people are deranged and if I gave them GTA 4 to play on a weekend I'm pretty sure that would fuel their passion for violence. Or it could jus as well settle them down. Kids will at some point play violent games, but the job of parents is to know when these kids are ready to do so, you can never prevent a kid from doing these things. All will come eventually.

Rev is actually right, its not the video games, its the people who play them. Its common Psychology and brain activity within the Sociopathic child... most likely the lack of attention when younger, lack of friends/activities, being made fun of, and other examples. Its not the video game, its outside influences that make the child feel pleased when killing people in a violent game (GTA), and then become infatuated with the feeling that the game doesn't please them no more, then find enjoyment in doing it in real life. Its a Pyschological subject, read a book muthaf***az!!...

I'm sure that its a great game...after all, it can't be worse than the GC version. I'm just saying that the Wii library is so weak that calling a game the best on the system isn't saying much. But now with all this talk of RE4 on Wii I have to play it soon to find out for myself. I plan on beating it within the next month!!!!murlow12
I hope so.

To be clear, I beat RE4 on GC many years ago. I absolutely loved it! I'm sure it's a lot of fun on the Wii as well, but I can't see it being a huge improvement b/c the GC version was so amazing. Remember, I'm a HUGE RE fan. The only one I don't have from the main story is RE3 and that's only b/c it's very rare and costs like $50+ still.

So if the controls of RE5 are similar then I'm all for it. I have downloaded the demo but haven't played it yet. I think I'll have a lot of time on my hands after I move next weekend so I plan on checking it out then. I'll come back with my impressions at that time.

I don't think RE5 is going to be that good, and you have no idea how f-ing incredible RE4 is on the Wii... Its the best Wii experince ever! And it has more features than the GC version. And I owned RE3 for the PS1, but lost that as well as N64 RE, N64 RE2, and Resident Evil Outbreak during moving to another house. So, I bought RE, RE2 used for the Gamecube, and Outbreak for the PS2 again to add again to my collection... and I'm going to get RE3 on Amazon for the Gamecube or Gamestop soon because I'm currectly playing RE2 right now again through Scenrio A and B for Claire and Leon, then onto Outbreak, and then Veronica Code X, and then hopefully RE3, then RE5.

My school district is just dumb. We are expected to get a foot of snow and every other school in the area is closing, but not mine! No we get to go to school and have a half day, oh boy! Go to school do nothing and pretend we did, then try to drive in the already six inches of snow back home. By the time I got home I didn't gain any time really, I only got only thirty minutes before I usually do. It's just like, really? Did we really need to come to school? What a waste of time.bededog

I guess you haven't heard me speak of Holy Family University. My university is catholic and we don't even get off for catholic holidays! NOT EVEN LABOR DAY! I'm not off this Monday for President's Day, nor am I off for snow days. We literally had 2 inches of ice on the ground 2 weeks ago, EVERY SINGLE college and school was off in the city of Philadelphia except us! My college was on the news, because the news was even saying how dangerous that made it for us to get there especially for people who live far away... don't think you have it bad. Come to Holy Family U.
