You know... I 100% agree with this entire article, as im sure many others do as well. But this hits me in a place... I just dont know. I always wanted to be a video game concept design artist, because I figured that they will be around forever, and id LOVE the job, and many other reasons... But now unless I would be able to find a good indie developer to work for, Im not sure that this is my dream job, because I myself find it nearly impossible to shell out over half a hundred dollars for games when I get to the counter. ESPECIALLY this year, not for anything but when this year started I was fully convinced this would be one of the greatest years for gaming ever, and now im just disgusted by the letdowns. Even BF3 and Diablo 3 has disapointed me... If Skyrim isnt everything I expected, idk what im going to do.

Very interesting piece here, a little too repetitive in some aspects, but im clearly getting the point. Having the most acclaimed, and not to mention richest MMO, The best strategy game of all time (Even if the second was more of the same due to the korean market... :l) and basicaly the dungeon crawler of dungeon crawlers, you would only assume that Blizzard is immensely rich. Undoubtedly, they are, but yet they make such childish moves when it comes to anything financial. Not for anything, when was the year that Diablo 2 came out, 2000 I believe? and Starcraft even longer? NO COMPANY CAN JUSTIFY THIS, unless each and every game is ground breakingly revolutionary, nobody can sleep at night having this many years of basicaly gradual torture to their customers by being this deviously lazy. And as for Blizzcon? sheesh... It used to be a thing of pride and an honour for the numerous coverage companies to attend... Its honestly begining to sound more along the lines of a scam. Oh well..

So many examples so little time... Alright, just for one, Nail Polish. Just like video games its mostly geared towards the appeal of the people who USE IT, which would be men, and for Nail polish that would be women. Should we start complaining that its aimed towards women and such? No. There is no set law that either gender can or cant use either one of those, so why complain if its up to the individual who wants to use it? And "Lack of women in the industry"?... Really? lmao And what the hell is with the recent trend of news agencies picking apart games lately? They THRIVE on any negative news they can get, they know it, we know it, everybody knows it. If im in a good mood and I need a surefire downer, turn on the news. If we tried hard enough to ruin things that we had no buisiness even caring about then sure im 100% positive we can find tons of things wrong with everygame to date. "OH NO GUYS Mario.Bros is sexist!!! ONLY 2 GUYS AS THE PROTAGONISTS, and a stereotypical female to guide them along!!! BAN THE GAME"
