@Uangry he has a valid point, they did released that part with a delay, and is not like they didn't expect this much (they could had seen it with the sales numbers) and would had been better to just made another delay, or have a beta try.
after all even if its not the same, GTA IV had online features (not as much as GTA V) but they had worked with code to know this or avoid as much as possible.
