its important when you take up weight lifting to have an increased food intake to supplement the growth of muscle tissue, supplements aren't necessary but they "supplement" muscle growth.
I never take naps intentionally. I always wake up covered in sweat for some reason when I do. :xSeraphimGoddess
That happens to me as well and I have no idea why its only when i take naps. It almost makes the nap worth not having because that first minute when I wake up is the worst.
