I'm just after downloading ninja Gaiden Black off of xbox live and just as it is about to start a message comes up saying that the disk is broken of damaged. WTF???

Did this happen to anybody elce and how the hell do i fix it ???

I was down loading Ninja Gaiden Black and all was good until it got to somethin like 80%, while it was downloading i was playing mass effect, when suddenly the whole system shuts down and the three red lights came up.

After restarting the console up, everything worked fine, my problem is the wireless adaptor doesnt show as connected when in fact it is.

Now, the red light is on, on the adaptor, but it dosen't turn green. I tried hookin it up by a wire and it works fine, so could someone tell me what happened to the bloody wireless adaptor.
