I didn't want to make PS3 fans sound bad, as not all of them are that way. I know because I'm one of them.Er, how does owning more than one console not make you bias?

But a developer just stated, those graphics were final. Textures wise, I've seen some lighting improvements though in the newer footage. The beta was how many months before the final product?
While it won't be an amazing change, I'm sure things will improve. They probably used an older build of the game for beta testing purposes. Taking a new build with all of the fancy graphcis but with terrible optimization isn't really the point of a beta.

UC3 had crappy gameplay? It wasn't bad. Once you got over the more "in" camera angle and sprint feature. Then it was alright.[QUOTE="Blabadon"]Naughty Dog, what the hell, fix the crappy gameplay first. spookykid143
Good, I was hoping that was the direction the game was going in. Absolutely vibrant, full of life and stunning. Can't waiting to play the full realized vision of Naughty Dog.Heil68It'd be better if it had decent textures to back it up. They're pretty mediocre from what I saw, and the people stating it looks like Uncharted 2 and or worse are pretty much stating the same.
I agree, the beta graphics were horrendous. The major issue is the A.A.I surely hope those graphics weren't representative of the final product. IF so than Uncharted 2 looks better than UC3

Ouch, fans of Uncharted and myself just took a large hit. I'm a bit disappointed.So.. Cristophe Balestra confirmed today via his twitter that the beta graphics were not downscaled -as some people here assumed- to make the download size smaller.. When he was asked: "Is it true that you downscaled the graphics (i.e. low-res textures) of the U3 beta, to keep the download size small?" He replied: "absolutely not."
