Stop! Stop! You guys are bummin' me out. I sure hope I don't run into any of the frustrating **** you have! Sounds like Treyarch needs to burn some midnight oil and get a patch of some sort out quick.

I haven't made it that far yet...................the only glitch I've experienced is once in a while, my character gets stuck on flat ground; I have to tap the forward key repeatedly to free him up. The only other issue I have is I can remap keys to the number pad OK (I game L handed), but when I press any of them in game none of those remapped functions works. The game seems to interpret the NP keys as being the regular number keys (across the top of the qwerty keys).
Can't say as I'll line up for this, or any other game. Didn't buy or play the first one at all...............though I think I'll give this one a try.
You're certainly right; the knife kills in FC 2 were a let down, and very non stealthy to boot! Don't think I'd hold my breath on stealth in FC 3 being consistently realistic. I've watched several of the videos and "our" character is clearly sneaking around while maintaining "visual" from really iffy cover/concealment on one or more of the bad guys in some out posts. Not very believable stealth in my book. Oh well.......maybe it'll be better in the finished game. I'm more of a distraction and kill, or ambush and kill kinda player anyway....................Honey! Have you seen my molotov cocktails??
Doesn't look like AI "buds" to help you take out the trash are in the cards in this one.
I tried it a couple times in both FNV and Skyrim............it was OK.........got some extra side missions to do with/for my companions, but I stopped taking them along on play throughs ages ago. I hear a couple fo them are flipping burgers down at Micky Ds now. Sad. :(
Yea, the lack of any dangerous animals in FC 2 was a big let down for me, and didn't help immersion either. I'm glad to see the Devs listended up, and have put some into this edition of the franchise.
Although....................if I'm not chased in game by a pack of giant carniverous lobsters every once in a while......................I reserve the right to still be disappointed. Roving packs of pit beagles would be cool too.......... no, wait, wait,...................................... heavily armed bands of terrorist cats!
Right off the bat the game interface and menus are so poorly designed and amateurish looking. It looks like something a bad web designer would throw together... very plain, overly complex and way too busy. There's way too much info going on even when playing the game it's just too busy overall. It's a bad imitation of CODMW. The menu visuals are nice, that's about it. Go back and look at MOH2010's presentation, interface etc. with the clean hightech/military look... BIG difference! MrZentropa
After playing the first SP mission, I see what you mean. This GUI is NOT a step forward. :?
