Like i said, the Wii will get hardcore games, im not saying it wont

but the problem is they will be so few in number and so spread out in-between the crap 3rd party ports and mini games

Most of these hardcore games will be the usual zelda ect. the occasional 3rd party exclusive hardcore game will be like the Ancient MEw Pokemon card, rare as hell

I see... well there is no real arguement against this as it is a prediction. But I predict the opposite, I predict that the "casuals" that buy the Wii and increase its fanbase will attract developers to make great games on the Wii. As more and more third parties flock to it, it will become competitive and better games will come out. Much the way the PS2 saw better games as sales increased. That's just the way I picture things though...

Both companies haven't been too long in the gaming industry but they will end the same.

Why hype a game you don't really know anything about (Disaster, Project Hammer, Sadness, No More Heroes) when you can rely on the games that have delivered time and time again?

The thing is, we all know that the Wii isn't just a GCN. The problem starts when we're given nothing that proves it. Sure you can show us screens of games that aren't out, but that's the point. They aren't out.

Everything released as of yet could have been done on a Gamecube.

(the devs were using GC dev kits for pretty much every game so far. They didn't recieve Wii dev kits until late.)

I mean, we already have SSBB, Galaxy, a Zelda in the making, Metroid, fire Emblem, Disaster, Project HAMMER, Strikers Charged, and Battalion Wars. These titles would be great to see announced.
