The graphics are amazing, but gameplay is kind of dull imo. Its not bad, but its just not great.

I agree completely. I want to play it, but after trying the demo (which didn't do it for me) I cancelled my preorder and put the money on Rock Band instead. I want to play it, but it looks like a rental. A quality rental, but a rental.
That's your opinion, here's mine. I thought the gameplay was awesome along with the graphics. But then again, it was only a demo.
