Avocados are amazing. Really good for you too. Chock full of potassium, and good fat.
I eat them by themselves with salt (and pepper), in wraps, in guac, as you said.
I also like to cut them up and put them in salads, with spinach, and usually grilled chicken, tomatoes, parmesan, and other things you like in a salad.
I also will occasionally blend one into a smoothie with bananas, or spinach, sometimes both.
