You said it all right there. The 360 is for gaming first, anything after that comes second like hdmi and blu ray for movies. And "copying" the m$-mote doesn't change the fact that the sixaxis sucks out of the box.

360 could do 1080P from VGA and Component:roll: MS added HDMI support as needed basis. So they did as more people got HDMI TV's

MS said from DAY ONE. They did not care who one the format war. They would go with whoever won. Second of All MS has pushed for digital download. Have you not been on Live they have an amazing digital download service. Movies TV TV channels the whole 9 yards and then some. Music video's everything. Sony is not even in the same conversation when it comes to this. Matter of FACT i bet all of you MS :lol: there asses off in board meetings when the topic of Sony's online attemps come up.

Thats a whole lot of assumptions there. Harddrives are much much faster than any optical drive including Blu-ray & DVD. Developers have been asking MS for installs on X360 as well. Too bad X360 is gimped by the Arcade / Core model.

MS had it right with the original Xbox, Sony has it right with PS3. Installs are a big advantage to PS3. I install every single game that gives me the option because I'd rather wait one time, then wait every single time I want to play the game or it needs data like you do with X360.

EGM says GTAIV shows no real improvment with the PS3 install. And not to mention weaker framrates on PS3:roll: Yup installs are better on PS3:roll:

120 gigabyte hard drives for labtops are what 50-60 dollars now? thats the same price for a new game. Fortunately for all ps3owners they can replace their hard drives, i dont see the big deal you are trying to make... blackeneddeath

So wait now you guys have no probs shelling out 50-60 bones for bigger hard drives. But refuse to want to pay fork out 50 bones for a much better online service:roll:

i'm not sure if you can do the math, but all those installs dont take up the 20 gigs. sorry to dissappoint you but the ps3 doesnt RROD. And at least it comes with a BR Drive. You dont get sick of Microsoft nickel and diming you guys? costs extra to: play online, get wireless, play HD DVD movies... mrpear

First of all it's not a full 20gig anyway. It's more like 14-15gig. And yes after those you are real close to being cooked.
