So it's "technically" not free - To play StarCraft Universe, players must have an Internet connection, a Battle.net account, and a copy of StarCraft II" Meaning you have to pay Blizzard - Basically $20 on Amazon.

@RiKanKiDD @Adenosine The PC version of GTA has and always be superior to any console version, simply because of the fact that you can mod the game.

@deft26 @FriendBear @megakick I was using realm vs realm for people who haven't played GW2 before, everyone in the more hardcore circles I used to hang out with always called it W3.

I don't know what new PvE content they added, but the last time I played it was grinding factals ~ nothing but grinding them, all the time using GW2LFG website to find groups since Arenanet was too lazy to code a proper LFG tool in-game.

@megakick Bad, the realm vs realm vs realm is heavily baised, with select servers always winning and other servers, never winning. The tournament style PvP is mostly Pay to Play, meaning you need to buy entry tickets.

"fastest-selling Western MMO game of all time" IT was also the fastest game for people quitting of all time. The game is practically dead now, it was run and managed very poorly. Poorly executed events, Arenanet made awful choices in regards to patches too. I was fairly loyal to the game until the patch that destroyed small to medium guilds by introducing guild missions which heavily rewarded super guilds, and every other guild got the shaft.

To all the people here saying the player base hasn't dropped that much - utter lies, many of the servers are dead with just a few servers having any decent population base, many zones are devoid of players. Bots are still a major problem too - honestly, I don't have many companies on my 'avoid' list, but Arenanet is on that list now. They are plain liars and a poorly managed company, You don't even have to take my word for it~ just do the research yourself - start with googling "Guild Wars 2 horizontal progression"

Also, like others have said ~ this Heroic Edition is totally not worth it. 20 slot bags can be gotten from the auction house - and exp boosters drop in game, and besides you can level up fairly quick enough to not even need them!

Not to mention, I don't know if they fixed any of the class imbalances either. Monks/Barbs owning Inferno mode, whilst other classes was seriously screwed. I remember my Barbarian being able to survive hordes of mobs whilst my other classes would/could die in one or two hits.

I honestly don't think its going to sell nearly as well as D3 did at launch. Blizzard burned a lot of people with all the issues and controversies. Many original players quit and since the introduction of Paragon levels, many peoples if they decide to come back will be massively behind all the fanboys or people who stuck through all the problems.

So PvP will be unbalanced because of that fact - not unless they make it so paragon levels don't mean anything anymore, or make them extremely easy to level up ~ The last time I played D3, Paragon levels was just introduced and they was slow to level.

Technophobes, that's the word I would use to describe these people. "We'll often send paper messages" Quick alert Greenpeace, there destroying the earth and it's forests ~ Seriously, I have absolute zero trust in any court that presses any charges/laws without at least being somewhat qualified in that actual areas in question to accurately and fairly judge ~ clearly, this hardly ever happens. It's like a doctor performing surgery on a P.C and destroying the P.C in the process, and then being arrested for murder. clearly it makes little to no sense and that's what happens in U.S courts, people are given far too much power and abilities to create laws without any prior knowledge, experience or credentials to do so.

I decided to give this a try heck, I've played every other X-com title available since the original - So far, I think the review is spot on. The game is entertaining when your partners are following orders, the only time the A.I suffers significantly are during boss fights, the first one against the sectopod is prime example of bad A.I.

Having to constantly micro-manage your partners, plus keeping yourself away from harm, plus killing adds all at the same time is definitely stressful and frustrating. Having one of your allies standing practically right next to the boss and shouting/asking for orders is a bit ridiculous really. I hope to see in some future patches some basic free will options for your allies so your not constantly using battle view and slowing down the action every other second to issue new orders.

Also, to anyone who hasn't played the game yet - the battle view does not freeze the game - it merely slows down the action by about 95% or so meaning you can still be shot at and even have your allies get hurt/killed.

@Zevvion @FriendBear I was initially having fun with X:EU until one mission on a bridge, a Muton literally the otherside of the map, shot through "Two" cars, a smoke cloud and hit one of my soldiers in partial cover. Thats when I started reading about all the bonuses the alien A.I receives, which just tip the balance way too much. I've seen some mods which either eliminate these bonuses or tone them down, but there are other issues too which plague the game.

@Pemobian All the Civ games blatantly cheat on higher difficulty settings, I think it's the only way they can come close to programming an A.I which can actually match a human player, unfortunately the cheating gets so bad (Such as Teleporting Nukes next to cities etc) it brings the overall fun of game down.
