When I play, which isn't very often, I use the M14 with no attachments, Stopping Power, and Steady Aim.
I really enjoyed the Capital Wasteland. Mars from Red Facton Guerilla was nice even thoug I dislike the game itself. As far as cities go, I really liked Stilwater from Saint's Row 1 and 2.
