Do you own the game ? I bought it on xbla, andI was pleasantly surprised how good it is and how great it looks on a HDTV. Why would it be damage control, the game looks great, it's a fun game, and it is an improvement on the original. Gamespot didn't overrate any thing. You just fail to see good games when they slap you in the face.
it seems to me that you have failed to understand what my thread was about, i dont care if the game is fun or whatever, i was just pointing out that the game got a 9 in graphics department where it should have gotten a 7 instead.

A game does not have to be technically great to score 9 or 10. They just have to look great in terms of art. This is why Okami, WarioWare, and Alien Hominid score high in the graphics department.
