Well all honesty I'm a gamer at heart and have quite a few titles on various systems I'm excited about some of the titles I'm most excited about are:

NEW PS3 FF game, MGS4, Valkyrie Profile: Silmeria, Seken Densetsu 4: Dawn Of Mana, LOZ: TP, Mario 128, Metroid Prime 3, Silent Hill 5?, Red Steel, FFIII DS, Castlevania: Portaits of Ruin, Metal Slug Anthology, Sadness, LocoRoco, Supreme Commander, Neverwinter Night 2, Heroes of Might & Magic V.... etc.

Well there's quite alot I'm excited for but those are the main ones from the top of my head. I would be excited for FFXII and Okami but I already have those... hehe. This E3 is like gaming nirvana to me....

Easy. FFVI which had relatively quite a lot of cast. They all have unique back story. They are all mentioned in the ending too.

I suppose I would be hyped too if I was in western countries still waiting. Since I'm in Japan I already have it. Completed it once (EXCELLENT game), and am onmy second run though to get everything possible. What do I think of it? It's worth the hype IMO. The battle system is intuitive and really haven't changed from old system other than the MMORPG styled presentation. The story is great and easily up ther with the best of series (FFVI, FFIV, FFIX, FFVII, FFX, FFVIII). Sakaguchi's music easily replace the usual Uematsu stuff and is very fitting IMO. Aki Angela-san strong voice is very good for the main featured song. Characters are great with sufficient development (they are not as charming as some of the others FF games but certainly not as one-dimentional as some the characters in other games in the series). Plots are not as deep as Matsuno's other stuff but still very good. That's all I'll say though.... All I can say is enjoy it when it reaches your shores. It's worth the hype.

Though not my favourite characters here are my breakdown of my four FF heroes for any FF adventure and reasons....

Squall - main sword-user. Despite lacking personality just like Cloud and Seph (I don't like these three for their lack of personality and little character depth), Squall managed to proove himself at least a worthy leader and his techniques makes him a worthy choice. His final special is spectacular and hits several more 9999 than Cloud could ever try with his Omislash. It's too bad there's no way I can make him do 99,999 per hit like I can with Tidus... oh well can't have everything....

Vivi - black mage. At least he looks like a traditional FF black mage. A mainly offensive spell caster is good enough an excuse to have one. One confused individual he might be but certainly not a boring character. He's all I need to fill this spot.

Yuna - summoner/white mage/gunner. I'm taking into consideration both her skills in FFX and FFX2. She's a capable summoner and a gun user. Her summoning would certainly be useful. As a gunner she can occupy the enemy with damage dealing cover shots as other chracters go about doing what they have to do. Can be the healer and assist spell caster. If it wasn't for her ability to use guns then I probably would have chosen Terra or Rydia instead as they are characters that I like much more.

Zidane - the thief. what's a party without a nimble thief. They can steal and they have techniques that that are useful as well as being fast chracters that often get initiatives on enemies or to use items quickly.  Zidane also have a pretty cool personality and can Trance. His weapon is also pretty sweet. Other candidate for this position is Locke and Rikku

Since FFIV can have five in a party here's an additional fifth member would either be Cid as a skilled Dragoon. He has several skills that makes him handy. Dragoon have the jump skills which have become useful for survival against many boss in FF games and generally handy. Personally I like Kain much more than Cid as a Dragoon but Cid seems to have more interesting techniques in his limit break.

Helloo... Fugunabe here... RPG freak in Kyoto, Japan. 28yo living and working in Japan. Wondering why my English is good? Easy, I'm not from Japan. I'm also teaching English here longterm privately.

Have played all the FF games and enjoyed each of them for what they were. Below is the order that I like these FF games...

FFTactics, FFVI, FFXII, FFIV, FFVII, FFIX, FVIII, FFX, FFXI, FFV, FFIII (*** only release), FFI, FFTactics Advance, FFX2, FF2...

Only think I like more than playing good RPGs (and Metal Gear games, and Nintendo titles) are travelling, eating out, socialising, drinking alcohol and ladies. So yes I certainly have a life outside my gaming schedules. I still love my gaming time though. Anyhow I thank you for invitation to join this union.

The only thing I don't like about FF is the dumbass fanboys/girls that gets too attached to one title and put others down (sometimes they haven't even played it, duh). Each game are unique and and are an experience to themselves. The only one I can truely say the story is wack is FFX2 (though the battle was good and intuitive) while FF2 had in my pinion the crappiest system otherwise, hence they are repectively at the bottom for me. Other than that I pretty much liked all the FF games. I don't think FF is the best or anything as I rather judge every RPG title on their own merits rather than compare. The best thing about FF series however is the completely different experience and story in every game.

I really liked the whole of FFVI's tracks orchestrated. Dancing Mad was crazy and hectic. Terra's theme is really haunting. Overall everytrack hits the emotion spot on to what it conveys. Def my fave overall FF for music.

The soundtrack for FFIV is also very nice. Especially the Celtic Moon soundtrack with all the Irish folk take on all the themes.

FFVII and FFVIII were decent with a few really memorable tracks. Eyes On Me is a nice ballad. Both Liberi Fatali and One winged angel are really standout especially orchestrated. FFVII main theme, Aerith and Tifa's theme are both great in piano solo. The full ending medley for FFVIII has a very nice orchestrated version of Final Fantasy Theme within.

Kuja's theme, Memories of Life, Black Waltz, and Crossing Hill are very good in FFIX.

Zanarkand and Suki Da Ne are stand out in FFX. I didn't like anything else much from FFX.

1000 no kotoba (japanese version of 1000 Words) from FFX2 is probably it's only stand out.

FFXI has a very nice rendition of the Crystal theme.

Sakimoto's job in FFTactics is very suitable to the game. Ultema the nice body raises hair at the back of my neck. Similarly he did a fantastic job of FFXII (though I haven't completed it yet).
